THE AUTO TO HOME ELECTRICITY GENERATION

• HOW DOES THE POWERSTATION PROVIDE FREE ELECTRICITY ?
  All vehicles have an alternator, an electricity generator which charges the vehicle’s battery when the motor is running, which is used to start the car and power different accessories in the car. As the vehicle normally uses just a fraction of this power generation for it’s internal sue, the remaining capacity is used to charge the POWERSTATION.
  When you get home you just plug into the POWERSTATION and then you have your lights, TV, etc.
• HOW LONG WILL THE POWERSTATION PROVIDE FREE ELECTRICITY ?
  That depends. How much power is being consumed, the system size purchased, how long the car has been run and the strength of the vehicle’s generator. For example, if you drive an hour a day, you can power 3 to 4 energy efficient lights and a normal, relatively new, medium sized TV for 3 to 4 hours with our smallest system.
• YOU SAY THE ELECTRICITY IS FREE. DOESN’T THE VEHICLE USE MORE PETROL ?
  No, The vehicle’s alternator is running all the time, even when the vehicle’s battery needs minimal charging, the excess capacity is what is used to charge the POWERSTATION
• WHAT APPLICANCES CAN BE OPERATED ON THE POWERSTATION ?
  That depends on the size of the POWERSTATION purchased and the power being consumed at the same time. Generally speaking, lights (energy efficient bulbs are recommended), radios, most TV’s, DVD’s, laptop computers and other similar appliances may be used.
• CAN I USE SOLAR OR GRID POWER TO CHARGE THE POWERSTATION ?
  YES! With the New COMBO POWERSTATION you can use either the vehicle or the GRID to charge the system. We are presently testing the solar and expect to offer it as an additional option in the very near future.
• WHERE IS THE POWERSTATION LOCATED IN THE VEHICLE ?
  The POWERSTATION is located in the boot of the car. When you get to your location, just run an extention cable from the car to where you want electricity. There is no need to remove the system from the vehicle unless you need to go somewhere and power is needed at the location.
• WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON THE POWERSTATION ?
  AAES provides a limited one year warranty provided it is used in accordance with our instructions
• WHAT DO POWERSTATIONS COST ?
  That depends on the size of the POWERSTAION that fits your needs, but POWERSTATIONS start at just 950,000 shillings plus car installation.
